What type of products do you use?

We use 100% all natural US-grown Soy Wax, lead/ zinc free cotton wicks, and also high quality fragrance oils.

 Why is my candle tunneling?

It is very important that your first burn is approximately 2-4 hours or until your candle reaches a full melt pool.

Why is there wet spots in my candle?

Wet spots are normal in candles. It is caused by difference in  temperature during the cooling process. This wont affect the way your candle is burn.

CANDLE CARE

• Trim the wick to 1/4'' before lighting every time! That will allow the candle last longer, and have a cleaner burn.
• Burn your candle for up to  2-4 at a time. 
• Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of children, pets, o a draft.
• Stop burning when there's about 1/2'' of wax remaining.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches and are 100% natural. They may have minor variations batch to batch (i.e. slight changes in color, shadow)
“Frosting” also may occur, which happens naturally in soy candles, and there's no sure way of preventing it. Frosting is a white crystallization that forms on the wax, but it will not affect the scent throw or burning of your candle.
